As a leading brand of professional hair care products from Taiwan, Chihtsai has always been a a favourite among professional hair salons. But you may not have heard of it. In the past, Chihtsai focused on salon channels and not on the brand itself. And that’s where we came in. In addition to clearly redefining the brand structure and brand position, Subkarma was able to reshape and refresh Chihtsai’s brand image to better connect and engage with its consumers.
